Marketing agencies can use AI to organize briefs, prepare source-based drafts and coordinate review. A dependable workflow keeps client approval, usage rights, claims and destination checks attached to each asset before publication.

Turn a loose brief into a reviewable packet

Start with the approved offer, audience, channel, source material and the person who can approve the work. Separate creative suggestions from confirmed product facts. If a client has not provided evidence for a performance claim, leave it out or send a specific question back. A compelling phrase is not substantiation.

Keep rights and approvals attached

Suppose a customer photograph is cleared for a website but not paid advertising. The asset record needs to carry that limit into every draft. Record which version the client approved and for which channel. A later revision of the offer or landing page should trigger another check rather than silently inheriting an earlier approval.

Measure publication and outcomes separately

A provider accepting a post does not establish that it appeared correctly in public. Verify the destination and preserve a record of the published version. Keep reach, clicks, enquiries and attributed sales distinct. If Google Tag Manager is part of the plan, agree on event definitions and consent handling before connecting a container; do not place personal contact data in event payloads.

Prove the process before expanding

Choose one frequent task and record how it works today. Test fictional records with missing information, duplicate contacts and changed instructions. Check whether staff can understand the output, correct mistakes and stop the workflow. Compare completion quality and time per task using the same definition before and after the trial.

Plan connections without assuming compatibility

Map the fields and permissions required before promising a connection to the tools you already use. A supported API or webhook needs configuration and end-to-end verification. Keep sensitive client or guest information out of analytics, and assign someone to review failed handoffs.
